Pucker up! The MTV Movie & TV Awards<\/a> are unlike any other awards show in Hollywood. With categories like Best Villain, Best Duo and Best Fight, there\u2019s no telling what will happen during any given year.<\/p>\n One of the show\u2019s most consistent highlights, however, is the Best Kiss award, which often comes with an onstage display of affection from the winning couple.<\/p>\n The Best Kiss award was first given at the show\u2019s inaugural broadcast in 1992, when it went to Anna Chlumsky<\/strong> and a then-11-year-old Macaulay Culkin<\/strong><\/a> for My Girl<\/em>. In the many years that followed, stars of all ages have received the honor \u2014 some more than once.<\/p>\n Currently, the record for most Best Kiss wins is held by Robert Pattinson<\/strong><\/a> and Kristen Stewart<\/strong><\/a>, who received the award four years in a row starting in 2009 for the first Twilight<\/em><\/a> movie.<\/p>\n During two of those years, Stewart was nominated twice in the category. In 2010, the Spencer<\/em> actress received a second nomination for kissing Dakota Fanning<\/strong><\/a> in The Runaways<\/em>. The next year, her second nod came from kissing Taylor Lautner<\/a> <\/strong>in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse<\/em>.<\/p>\n While Team Edward won out<\/a> when it came to the actual trophy, fans were delighted when the Lighthouse<\/em> actor joked he was tired of kissing his on and off girlfriend<\/a> during the 2011 broadcast.<\/p>\n \u201cI feel bad because I don\u2019t feel like kissing you. You don\u2019t want to kiss me, do you?\u201d the U.K. native asked Stewart. \u201cThere\u2019s someone else in the audience who would appreciate it a little more.\u201d<\/p>\n As the Happiest Season<\/em> actress stood on stage, Pattinson ran to the audience to find his match. When he finally made it to Lautner, the hunks locked lips as the audience cheered around them.<\/p>\n While the onstage chemistry cooled down for a few years after that, things heated up once more in 2016 when Rebel Wilson<\/strong><\/a> and Adam DeVine<\/strong><\/a> took home the award for Pitch Perfect 2<\/em>.<\/p>\n After joking that they had \u201cno sexual chemistry,\u201d the Workaholics<\/em> alum and Pooch Perfect<\/em> host fell to the ground in a make-out session<\/a> that lasted longer than anyone anticipated.<\/p>\n \u201cThank you very much!\u201d DeVine shouted before the pair got back to business.<\/p>\n
