Or tried to, anyway.<\/p>\n<p>When two figures <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/08\/piers-morgan-apologizes-simone-biles-olympics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">so notorious<\/a> and prone to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2025\/04\/kanye-west-incestuous-relationship-cousin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">deliberate controversy<\/a> get together, it cannot go well.<\/p>\n<p>It did not, in fact, go well.<\/p>\n<p>According to Piers, Ye pitched a fit and stormed out of the interview. Drops on \u2066<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PiersUncensored?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@PiersUncensored<\/a>\u2069 later\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/m8TDGDpwgs\" target=\"_blank\">pic.twitter.com\/m8TDGDpwgs<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/piersmorgan\/status\/1919799661331620058?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">May 6, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThis was him right before he stomped off like a big baby,\u201d Piers Morgan spat, referring to a still of Kanye.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-where-did-the-interview-go-south\">Where did the interview go south?<\/h2>\n<p>One could half-jokingly say that the interview went wrong the moment that it involved either <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/11\/piers-morgan-the-view-cancel-hypocrisy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Piers Morgan<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2025\/02\/kanye-west-takes-out-super-bowl-ad-for-yeezy-website-that-only-sells-swastika-shirt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kanye West<\/a>, let alone <em>both <\/em>of them. <\/p>\n<p>But a clip on social media gets a bit more specific.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is what you get for now. But you do not, under any circumstances, \u2018gotta hand it\u201d to Piers Morgan.<\/p>\n<p>Even if he\u2019s right when facing off with Ye, he is often (and loudly) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2024\/06\/piers-morgan-has-sympathy-for-disgraced-kevin-spacey-im-annoyed-on-your-behalf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wrong<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There are two sides to this conflict.
