He uploaded this photo to Instagram in September 2022.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The former TLC personalities split way back in 2009 and then Kate didn\u2019t show up to a custody hearing for Collin in December 2018. <\/p>\n<p>In August 2021, Hannah moved in with her father and brother.<\/p>\n<p>Jon has no relationship with the kids who reside with Kate \u2014 and he naturally <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2022\/05\/jon-gosselin-trashes-ex-wife-again-claims-kate-gosselin-alienate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blames Kate for this estrangement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[Communicating with] the children that live with Kate is very difficult, because I don\u2019t have an open relationship with them,\u201d Jon whined a year ago, adding at the time:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think it was a poor parenting decision. It would\u2019ve been much better if she would have been more open with them and explained things better\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have been alienated from those children.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure <\/a>in child support. <\/p>\n<p>An insider exclusively told Us Weekly last summer that the case was dropped after evidence to the contrary was provided. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is proof in legal documents from June 2018 that show the Superior Court of PA quashed Kate\u2019s appeal for Jon to pay her $132K,\u201d the tabloid source said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey quashed the whole thing so he never his part, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2022\/11\/collin-gosselin-trashes-mom-in-rare-tv-interview-she-tore-our-family-apart\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Collin addressed the challenging\/non-existent relationship<\/a> with \u200bhis mom in November 2022. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI came to the conclusion that everybody has their own agenda, you know?\u201d he told Entertainment Tonight \u200bin a rare interview at the time. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy mom had her own agenda, and I don\u2019t know exactly what that was. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut I was put in a tough spot and my agenda was
