Don\u2019t mess with her pets! Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> reacted to a troll\u2019s negative comment about abandoning her family\u2019s cat, Grey Kitty.<\/p>\n The Kardashians<\/em><\/a> star, 38, shared an Instagram video<\/a> on Wednesday, May 3, of herself working out with her pet by her side. In the comments section, one user dropped an accusatory message, writing, \u201cOh ANOTHER animal that you\u2019re gonna give away in 3 months nooiiiccceee.\u201d<\/p>\n The diss seemingly referred to Kardashian and ex-husband Lamar Odom<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s dog, Bernard. Following the former couple\u2019s initial split in 2013<\/a>, Khlo\u00e9 gave the Boxer to a friend when she moved in with Rob Kardashian<\/strong><\/a>. (Her brother\u2019s condo had a no-pets policy.)<\/p>\n Khlo\u00e9 swiftly shut down the assumption, replying, \u201cI\u2019ve had this cat for over a year in [sic] the animal before this I had for 14 years until she passed away.\u201d<\/p>\n The Good American<\/a> cofounder\u2019s previous pet, dog Gabbana, died at the age of 14<\/a> in January 2018. \u201cShe was more than a pet. She was my first child, my companion and my friend,\u201d Khlo\u00e9 wrote via Instagram<\/a> at the time. \u201cShe was incredible! She made sure I was never lonely even during lonely times. The house will never be the same. I never thought I would be this devastated over losing a dog but 14 years, is a long time together. She filled a significant role in my life and I\u2019m forever grateful. I love you Goober!! I\u2019ll remember you always!\u201d<\/p>\n In January 2022, the Hulu personality announced the addition of Grey Kitty to the family by posting an Instagram<\/a> carousel of pics featuring daughter True<\/a>, 5 \u2014 who had a cat-themed birthday party<\/a> in April of that year \u2014 holding her new furry friend. (The California native shares True with ex Tristan Thompson<\/strong><\/a>. The on-off couple welcomed a baby boy<\/a> via surrogate in July 2022.)<\/p>\n Several months after Grey Kitty\u2019s Instagram debut, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians<\/em> <\/a>alum shared more adorable snaps of the animal. \u201cTrue and Grey Kitty \ud83d\udc08\u200d\u2b1b,\u201d She captioned a slideshow of photos<\/a> in June 2022. \u201cSwipe through for what pure happiness looks like.\u201d<\/p>\n In the comments section, Khlo\u00e9 noted that the cat was True\u2019s \u201cfirst pet besides her fish Nemo,\u201d and that her daughter had been \u201casking for Grey Kitty for awhile<\/a> [sic] and once we moved I promised her we would get a cat. She hasn\u2019t put her down since December lol.\u201d<\/p>\n The mother-daughter duo later showed their love for their feline by dressing up as cats for Halloween in October 2022<\/a>. \u201cWhat True wants, True gets,\u201d Khlo\u00e9 captioned photos of them<\/a> posing with their pet in matching costumes. \u201cI know\u2026. I know\u2026. A cat?! For Halloween \ud83d\udc08\u200d\u2b1b \ud83c\udf83 Ground breaking [sic].\u201d<\/p>\n Before Grey Kitty\u2019s arrival, Khlo\u00e9 opened up about not being \u201cready<\/a> for another fur baby\u201d following Gabbana\u2019s death. (The TV personality was six months pregnant with True when her pooch passed away.)<\/p>\n \u201cBut now that True is getting older I figured I would get her a dog once we got settled into the new house,\u201d she wrote via Twitter<\/a> in August 2021. \u201cI desperately miss my Goober it\u2019s been over 3 years and I\u2019m finally ready. I know a dog would be a great addition to our home. Buttttt Miss True has a love for cats and wants a cat.\u201d<\/p>\n Adding that she didn\u2019t \u201cknow anything about cats<\/a>,\u201d the former Revenge Body<\/em><\/a> host continued: \u201cI\u2019ve been trying to persuade her to get a dog but she\u2019s not falling for it.
