The drama continues. After season 5 of Selling Sunset<\/em><\/a> ended with more questions than answers, viewers are waiting for season 6 to address all the story lines still left wide open.<\/a><\/p>\n In April 2022, fans of the reality series were offered a glimpse at Chrishell Stause<\/strong><\/a> and Jason Oppenheim<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s split. The duo, who were dating throughout season 5<\/a>, decided to pull the plug on their romance due to their different views on having children.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cHe just told me that he doesn\u2019t want to have kids, so as much as this hurts me to say, I\u2019ve been clear with him what that would mean, so we are done. We broke up,\u201d Chrishell revealed to costar Emma Hernan<\/strong><\/a> following an offscreen breakup with Jason<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m just disappointed. I just feel like you never have it figured out and I guess that\u2019s the life lesson. Meanwhile, Christine Quinn<\/strong><\/a> found herself in the hot seat when Emma claimed that she bribed one of her clients to not work with her.<\/a><\/p>\n Christine, who didn\u2019t address the accusations during season 5, seemingly shut down the drama on social media<\/a> ahead of the show\u2019s new season. \u201c30 minutes til the launch of #SellingSunset enjoy the new season and all of its 5,000 fake storylines,\u201d she tweeted in April 2022.<\/p>\n That same month, the How to Be a Boss Bitch<\/em> author missed the season 5 reunion<\/a>. \u201cChristine tested positive for COVID and out of abundance of caution for the cast and crew, she did not attend the reunion,\u201d a rep for the reality star told Us Weekly<\/em> at the time. \u201cProducers offered her the opportunity to video chat, but she declined because she wasn\u2019t feeling well enough to do it.\u201d<\/p>\n In August 2022, amid copious speculation about her return, Us<\/em> confirmed Christine\u2019s exit from the reality series<\/a>. The Netflix personality previously hinted at her departure after she left Oppenheim Group to start her own firm, RealOpen, with husband Christian Richard<\/strong>. \u201cHulu, give me a call,\u201d she joked to the\u00a0New York Times<\/em> in July 2022 about her potential plans.<\/p>\n
