Gary Levingston<\/strong> shares an update about where he stands with ex Joan Vassos<\/b><\/a> and his costars from season 1 of <\/span>The Golden Bachelorette<\/span><\/i><\/a> during an exclusive interview with <\/span>Life & Style<\/span><\/i>.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are in touch on a regular basis,\u201d Gary, 66, tells Life & Style<\/em> about Joan, 62, while promoting his partnership with Talkspace. \u201cWhenever she posts things, I\u2019m always responding or she\u2019s responding to mine. Both her and Chock [Chapple]<\/strong> are near and dear to my heart. We are close and dear friends. So it\u2019s been a fabulous relationship. It really has.\u201d<\/p>\n Fans first got to know Gary when he competed on the debut season of The Golden Bachelorette<\/span><\/i> in the fall of 2024. While Joan didn\u2019t find lasting love with Gary, she <\/span>ended the season engaged to Chock<\/span><\/a>, 61.<\/p>\n Despite noting finding love on the ABC show, Gary created strong friendships with the other contestants vying for Joan\u2019s heart.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are all still in touch with each other. Just last week we went to an event in Beverly Hills,\u201d Gary says about reuniting with the men at Hulu\u2019s Get Real event. \u201cSo we all stayed very much in touch with each other.\u201d<\/p>\n Not only do the reality stars run into each other at events, but they also make active efforts to stay in touch. \u201cIn fact, this afternoon we\u2019re all getting on a Zoom call to just reconnect and talk again as we\u2019re coming up on our one year anniversary when we first met,\u201d Gary shares. \u201cSo the bromance continues and it\u2019s absolutely fabulous.\u201d<\/p>\n Fans can continue to watch Gary\u2019s journey to find love when he appears on season 10 of <\/span>Bachelor in Paradise<\/span><\/i><\/a>.
