\t\t<\/p>\n Shedeur Sanders<\/strong><\/a> received a prank call during the 2025 NFL Draft<\/strong><\/a><\/em>, and the incident is currently under investigation by the football organization.<\/p>\n The 23-year-old quarterback was projected to be a first round pick<\/a> in the draft, but was unfortunately dropped to No 144, before being drafted to the Cleveland Browns<\/a>. <\/p>\n However, during day two of the NFL draft, a video went viral on social media depicting Sanders<\/strong> receiving a call on the phone that was specifically being used to find out his draft pick.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The Atlanta Falcons defensive coordinator\u2019s son, Jax Ulbrich<\/strong>, 21, was part of a prank call that told Shedeur<\/strong> he was being drafted by the New Orleans Saints, a prank call that has been viewed as very cruel by fans and media alike.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s been a long wait, man,\u201d the prank caller said in the video, impersonating Saints\u2019 GM Mickey Loomis<\/strong>. \u201cWe\u2019re going to take you with our next pick, man, but you\u2019re going to have to wait a little bit longer, man. Sorry about that.\u201d<\/p>\n When the prank call happened, Shedeur<\/strong> said to his family that only NFL personnel had his number, which tipped off fans that it was someone within the organization. The call was videoed by the prankers friend, as well as live streamed from Shedeur<\/strong>\u2019s draft party, so everyone saw both sides of the call from both perspectives.<\/p>\n Since then, the Atlanta Falcons have released a statement in regards to the incident, and the NFL is investigating how his number got leaked.
