Last year McGregor put her own spin on her famous last name in two high-profile movies, playing Nicole Kidman\u2019s daughter in the erotic thriller<\/a> Babygirl<\/em> and Tilda Swinton\u2019s younger self in Pedro Almodo\u0301var\u2019s meditative drama<\/a> The Room Next Door.<\/em> In June she\u2019ll appear in the Prime Video series We Were Liars,<\/em> based on the gripping YA novel of the same name about a group of friends sifting through secrets on a private island off Massachusetts. McGregor plays Mirren, a character she found eerily similar to herself: \u201cShe\u2019s this cheery sunshine girl who has this allure and charm because she\u2019s a bit of a weirdo.\u201d<\/p>\n
