The charges are for domestic battery by strangulation.<\/p>\n<p>If that sounds familiar, it should. The two shared looks during a tense stand-off.<span class=\"image-caption-credit\"> (Image Credit: MTV)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nathan-griffith-arrested-again-on-charges-of-strangling-a-woman-again\">Nathan Griffith arrested (again) on charges of strangling a woman (again)<\/h2>\n<p>On Thursday, April 24, <em>The US Sun<\/em> broke the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-sun.com\/entertainment\/14095882\/teen-mom-nathan-griffith-arrested-domestic-battery-strangulation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">news<\/a> that authorities in Las Vegas had arrested Nathan Griffith the previous day.<\/p>\n<p>Nathan\u2019s arrest is on the charge of Domestic Battery by Strangulation and violating his probation. <\/p>\n<p>Significantly, the probation is from the last time that he strangled someone.<\/p>\n<p>In July of 2024, he pleaded guilty and agreed to the terms of his probation. I usually don\u2019t ask for help but I need help,\u2019\u201d she quoted.<\/p>\n<p> \u201c\u2018She ended up leaving the house and now I need to leave before she calls the cops on me.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jenelle continued: \u201cI said, \u2018What did you do? Did you make her mad, did you cheat on her?\u2019 <\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s like, \u2018She thinks I cheated on her, but also, I\u2019ve been drinking\u2019 which he knows he\u2019s not supposed to do because he\u2019s on probation.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-tiktok wp-block-embed-tiktok\"\/>\n<p>Following that uncharacteristically sensible reply, Jenelle ended up offering Nathan a place to crash for a few days. But when he was about to get into the rideshare, the police were waiting.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe was crying his eyes out and was like, \u2018I don\u2019t want to get arrested again, I\u2019m gonna get arrested again!\u2019\u201d Jenelle narrated. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI said, \u2018Well, you shouldn\u2019t be drinking, that\u2019s your fault. But if you didn\u2019t hit her, you need to go talk to them and tell them that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nathan has a lengthy history of arrests like this one. His sister was not even the first woman to accuse him of strangulation in 2023 \u2014 that was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2023\/02\/nathan-griffith-jenelle-evans-ex-arrested-for-strangling-girlfriend\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a girlfriend<\/a> in February.
