Rodriguez\/Getty Images)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The long-time Bravo personality still has a long way to go.<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, she may never know if she really is fully out of the woods; whether or not the cancer goes into remission and stays there.<\/p>\n<p>But this is a milestone worth celebrating.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t think you understand the debilitating pain that I feel some days,\u201d she told Entertainment Tonight in an April 17 interview, choking up at the thought of leaving her children without a mom. \u201cThat is extremely frightening.
