\t\t<\/p>\n Get ready for the return of Anakin Skywalker!<\/p>\n During the Star Wars Celebration<\/strong><\/a><\/em> in Tokyo, Japan, Hayden Christensen<\/strong><\/a> announced that he will be reprising the fan-favorite role in the upcoming second season of Ahsoka<\/strong><\/a><\/em> on Disney+.<\/p>\n Ahsoka<\/em> creator Dave Filoni<\/strong><\/a>, executive producer Jon Favreau<\/strong><\/a>, and star Rosario Dawson<\/strong><\/a> took to the main stage for a panel to discuss the series, revealing that production for season two begins next week.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>After a clip of Anakin and Ahsoka was shown, Hayden<\/strong>, 44, came out on stage to thunderous applause.<\/p>\n Towards the end of the panel, he confirmed that he\u2019ll be back for the new season.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s not much I can share, but Anakin will be back for season two,\u201d Hayden<\/strong> shared as the audience cheered.<\/p>\n Hayden<\/strong> famously played Anakin, who later becomes Darth Vader, in 2002\u2019s Star Wars: Attack of the Clones<\/em> and 2005\u2019s Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith<\/em>. He made his return to the Star Wars<\/em> universe by reprising Anakin and Vader in the Obi-Wan Kenobi<\/em> series, which was released in 2022. He then appeared, in digitally de-aged form, in the first two episodes of season one of Ahsoka<\/em>, which was released in 2023.<\/p>\n In the show, Anakin is Ahsoka\u2019s Jedi Master.<\/p>\n As of right now, Disney+ hasn\u2019t revealed the release date for season two of Ahsoka<\/em>.<\/p>\n
