\t\t<\/p>\n Haley Joel Osment<\/strong><\/a> is speaking out following his arrest earlier this month, and subsequent charges.<\/p>\n The 37-year-old actor was arrested in Mammoth Lakes<\/a> on April 8th at a ski resort, and he has since been charged with multiple misdemeanors<\/a>, including drug possession. <\/p>\n In a new statement, the actor says he is horrified by his actions and apologizes for his behavior and the language he used while apparently blacked out. Had I known I used this disgraceful language in the throes of a blackout, I would have spoken up sooner,\u201d Haley<\/strong> shared with People<\/a><\/em>. \u201cThe past few months of loss and displacement have broken me down to a very low emotional place.\u201d <\/p>\n If you recall, Haley<\/strong> was one of the many people who lost their home<\/a> earlier this year to the Eaton Fire in Altadena. <\/p>\n \u201cBut that\u2019s no excuse for using this disgusting word. From the bottom of my heart, I apologize to absolutely everyone that this hurts,\u201d he continued. \u201cWhat came out of my mouth was nonsensical garbage \u2013 I\u2019ve let the Jewish community down and it devastates me. I don\u2019t ask for anyone\u2019s forgiveness, but I promise to atone for my terrible mistake.\u201d<\/p>\n In bodycam footage, People<\/em> reports Haley Joel<\/strong> was seen being placed under arrest and could be heard repeatedly saying, \u201cI\u2019m being attacked.\u201d<\/p>\n When asked his name, he said, \u201cI\u2019m an American,\u201d repeatedly. <\/p>\n From inside the police car, the actor is heard saying, \u201cI\u2019m being kidnapped by a f\u2013king Nazi,\u201d and later calls the officer an antisemitic slur. <\/p>\n A week after his arrest, it was revealed<\/a> that Haley Joel Osment<\/strong> will be charged with public intoxication and cocaine possession, and will be arraigned on July 7th. <\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
