Sister Wives<\/em><\/a>\u2018\u00a0Janelle Brown<\/strong><\/a> and Kody Brown<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s plural marriage was anything but conventional ahead of their 2022 split.<\/p>\n

Janelle and Kody\u2019s lives were intertwined well before they spiritually tied the knot in 1993. Janelle\u2019s late mom, Sheryl Brown<\/strong>, and Kody\u2019s dad, William Winn Brown<\/strong>, were married for years before William\u2019s death in 2013, making the eventual spouses stepsiblings.<\/p>\n

When Janelle and Kody said their \u201cI dos,\u201d she became his second wife, as the polygamist was already legally married to Meri Brown<\/strong><\/a>. Kody expanded his family in 1994, when he entered into a spiritual union with Christine Brown<\/strong><\/a>. Fourth wife Robyn Brown<\/strong><\/a> legally married Kody in 2014 after he legally divorced Meri.<\/p>\n
