In July 2024, Glanville first opened up about her health issues, noting that she wanted to sue Bravo because of it. \u201cThis stress has ruined my health. I have uncontrollable stress induced angio-edema I haven\u2019t [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Glanville has tried an array of treatments and met with various doctors to try and find a concrete diagnosis and substantive treatment plan.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo, I went to the best infectious disease doctor, I went to the best allergist,\u201d she explained. \u201cI had to because when you\u2019ve seen every doctor at Kaiser and they\u2019re telling you, \u2018Maybe see a dentist.\u2019 And you\u2019re like, \u2018I\u2019m at the dentist constantly<\/a>, [but] there\u2019s a lump in my neck and my throat under my cheekbone that goes to the other side of my face.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\nGlanville has also undergone CAT scans, MRIs and ultrasounds, though none of them have revealed \u201cwhatever\u2019s living in [her] face.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s moving down my body, like, literally in my neck now moving on my left shoulder [and] down my arm,\u201d she said. \u201cI have to get up, I have to stretch, I have to get in a hot tub. I have a routine and it sucks.\u201d<\/p>\n
While focused on her health battle, Glanville took a step back from the public eye and socializing.<\/p>\n
\u201c[My lowest moment is] just not living life and missing out on life,\u201d Glanville said. \u201cI literally don\u2019t do anything and I feel like I\u2019m experiencing [the] COVID-19 [pandemic lockdown] all over again, but with some miserable side effects.\u201d<\/p>\n
According to Glanville, her isolation feels like a \u201cprison.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI miss socializing with my girlfriends and then having sex with men<\/a>,\u201d she quipped. \u201cI\u2019m a Scorpio. I love sex. So, I was having a lot of it and now I haven\u2019t had any of it and I\u2019m like, \u2018Have I forgotten how to kiss?\u2019 But, like, I\u2019ve lost myself. I feel more insecure than I ever have in my life. Normally, I feel fairly secure and I don\u2019t get nervous. I don\u2019t get anxiety about most things. Some things do give me anxiety, don\u2019t get me wrong, but I feel like I lost Brandi.\u201d<\/p>\nThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hills <\/i>alum has also recently started a Cellsound<\/a> treatment, which is considered an innovative facial and body-contouring treatment that helps to rejuvenate skin, stimulate increased collagen and eliminate excess fat cells.<\/p>\n\u201cIt\u2019s an ultrasound therapy,\u201d she explained. \u201cIt pisses off whatever\u2019s going on there and it gives me reprieve from the pressure and it\u2019s been very helpful.\u201d<\/p>\n
