1,000-Lbs Sisters<\/a> <\/i>star Tammy Slaton<\/strong> is still in disbelief about her weight loss<\/a> journey.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m down 500 pounds now,\u201d Tammy, 38, said via confessional during the Tuesday, April 15, episode of the TLC docuseries. \u201cWhen I was at my heaviest, I was 700-plus pounds. Right now, I\u2019m weighing in at 238.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tammy also compared her weight loss to her sister, Amy Slaton<\/strong>, who dropped 176 pounds.<\/p>\n

\u201cEveryone is telling me I look smaller than Amy,\u201d Tammy mused. \u201cThat\u2019s kind of hard to believe. I can\u2019t believe I did that.\u201d<\/p>\n

The two Slaton sisters have been on years-long weight loss journeys<\/a>, which have been chronicled on TLC\u2019s 1,000-Lbs Sisters <\/i>since 2020. Tammy, for her part, lost 115 pounds before going to a rehab facility in 2022. Later that year, she had gastric bypass surgery.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe support each other wholeheartedly,\u201d Tammy exclusively told Us Weekly <\/i><\/a>in February 2023, referring to now-late husband Caleb Willingham<\/strong>. \u201cOn our weight loss journeys, when he\u2019s having issues with wanting to eat because he\u2019s bored or because he\u2019s an emotional eater, he comes to me and we talk about the situation.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cIt\u2019s the same for me and I talk to him. We talk about our issues and why we feel this way. We are true partners.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tammy met Caleb during her rehab stay and got married that same year. He died in July 2023<\/a> at the age of 40.<\/p>\n

\u201cRip sweet angel, you will forever be missed and loved so much,\u201d Tammy wrote via Instagram at the time. \u201cThank you, Caleb, for showing me real love and happiness \u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in Tuesday\u2019s episode, Tammy revealed that she started dating again nearly two years after Caleb\u2019s death.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s something I haven\u2019t told my family. Amy\u2019s not the only one that\u2019s been seeing somebody new. So have I,\u201d she said, mentioning Amy\u2019s post-divorce romance. \u201cI have been seeing someone for the past couple months, and it\u2019s going pretty well.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cI think I want to approach this relationship differently than I have in the past, so I haven\u2019t told my family because my family\u2019s gonna have something to say about it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tammy then revealed that she is in a relationship<\/a> with a woman.<\/p>\n
