Sami Sheen has opened up about the tumultuous relationship she\u2019s had with both her parents Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen<\/p>\n
Describing her journey through family conflict and personal independence as one marked by emotional upheaval and a search for stability, the OnlyFans creator laid bare their rollercoaster life while speaking on Gia Giudice\u2019s podcast \u2018Casual Chaos\u2019.<\/p>\n
Sami, 21, said: about how her bond with her actress mother broke down in 2021, during a period when she moved out of Denise\u2019s home and in with her father, Charlie, 59: \u201cI was living at my mom\u2019s, obviously, with (Denise\u2019s husband) Aaron (Phypers) and Lola and we were all fighting constantly. <\/p>\n
\u201cI did not get along with anyone. I kind of felt like the odd one out and being the older sister, the blame was like always thrown on me for everything. <\/p>\n
\u201cI was really struggling mentally in that house and there\u2019s obviously a lot that I wish I could say, but I\u2019ll get in trouble for saying.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nSami said she eventually moved in with Charlie, believing it to be a more peaceful environment.<\/p>\n
\nShe added: \u201cI wanted to try out living there and like, it was great until it wasn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe move sparked headlines when Sami, then 17, posted on TikTok referring to her mother\u2019s house as a \u201chell house\u201d and claimed she had been \u201ctrapped in an abusive household\u201d. <\/p>\n
\nAt the time, a source told People Denise was \u201csaddened by the situation\u201d and had simply \u201cset normal rules\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nCharlie responded publicly, saying: \u201cSam is amazing. I love her and all my children unconditionally. We\u2019re having a ball.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAfter some time at her father\u2019s house, Sami said she grew \u201creally lonely\u201d and eventually left to live with a friend, before briefly returning to Denise\u2019s home. <\/p>\n
\nShe added: \u201cI was like, this is not working. My mom\u2019s is not working.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nSami added she moved into her own apartment shortly after turning 18, funding it with earnings from joining OnlyFans. <\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cI started OnlyFans and I got an apartment a month later and I\u2019ve been living in an apartment ever since.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nReflecting on how the public reacted to her decision to leave home, Sami said she expected support from peers, but was surprised by the backlash. <\/p>\n
\nShe added: \u201cPeople were like, \u2018How dare you have it so nice.\u2019 I\u2019m like, you guys have no idea. What goes on behind closed doors is crazy.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nSami also said Charlie \u201cloved that I was taking his side now after all these years and he was the favourite parent\u201d \u2013 but stressed her decision to live independently was about more than choosing between parents. <\/p>\n
\nShe added: \u201cI just wanted to start to find myself and have my own space and my own environment.\u201d<\/p>\n
