On the banks of the picturesque Vltava River, the highly anticipated Fairmont Golden Prague officially opened its doors Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The 320-room property \u2014 which sits on Prague’s celebrated Parizska Boulevard and was one of our most anticipated hotel openings for 2025<\/a> \u2014 underwent a multimillion-euro renovation bent on preserving original brutalist features like blown glass chandeliers, gilded light fixtures and ash wood posts first designed in the 1970s, a representative of the hotel told TPG. The building boasts a mix of rooms, suites and serviced residences. It also includes a robust collection of art from the 1960s and 1970s, including chandeliers by Rene Roubicek and ceiling sculptures by Cestmir Kafka.<\/p>\n
