\t\t<\/p>\n Cameron Mathison<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about being \u201chated\u201d while starring on All My Children<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n The 55-year-old soap opera actor met up with former co-stars Kelly Ripa<\/strong><\/a> and Mark Consuelos<\/strong><\/a> while being interviewed on their talk show Live! With Kelly & Mark<\/em> on Monday (April 14) in New York City.<\/p>\n Cameron <\/strong>noted that he\u2019s currently playing a villain on General Hospital<\/em> and it\u2019s something that he\u2019s used to after playing one on All My Children<\/em> back in the day.<\/p>\n \u201cYou know what, you guys? The only time I have ever played a character that\u2019s been disliked this severely on soap operas in my life \u2014 and it\u2019s been a stretch, almost 30 years \u2014 was when my character Ryan tried to break up Hayley and Mateo,\u201d Cameron <\/strong>said, referring to Kelly <\/strong>and Mark<\/strong>\u2018s characters.<\/p>\n \u201cDo you remember back in the day?\u201d Cameron <\/strong>asked.<\/p>\n He added, \u201cI had a bus pull over on Columbus Avenue, and the bus driver got off yelling at me saying, \u2018Stay away from Hayley!\u2019 I had people hating me!
