The new version of the suit, submitted in Florida, comes just weeks after complainant Joseph Manzaro, 39, originally alleged he was drugged, abducted, and taken to a so-called \u2018Freak Off\u2019 party at Combs\u2019 Miami property. <\/p>\n

He claimed the event was a 17th birthday party for the musician\u2019s son, King Combs and in his initial complaint, Joseph named celebrities including Jay-Z<\/a>, 54, and Beyonc\u00e9, 42, as guests present at the party \u2013\u00a0claims their representatives and legal teams swiftly denied.<\/p>\n

Joseph has now removed all references to the two music stars from the updated complaint, according to an amended filing reported on by TMZ.<\/p>\n

The original lawsuit painted a disturbing picture of the events Josep alleges took place at Combs\u2019 party.<\/p>\n

\nHe said he lost consciousness after touching a \u201cgreasy substance resembling Vaseline\u201d while opening the door to his home. <\/p>\n

\nJoseph also claimed he was then abducted and brought through a secret tunnel to Combs\u2019 Miami property \u2013\u00a0a tunnel allegedly connected to a home owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan.<\/p>\n

\nOnce there, Joseph said he was taken through multiple rooms where he was mocked and jeered before being assaulted. <\/p>\n

\n\u201cHe\u2019s gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight. Get him undressed!\u201d Combs allegedly told him.<\/p>\n

\nJoseph then claimed he was stripped, washed and sexually assaulted until he lost consciousness.<\/p>\n

\nHe said he awoke on a sofa, was transported to another house, and then \u201csavagely beaten and left for dead\u201d. <\/p>\n

\nGloria Estefan, 66, allegedly panicked on seeing him and told someone to \u201ccall an ambulance,\u201d before Emilio Estefan, 71, intervened and ushered her away.<\/p>\n

\nOther celebrities named in the original filing also denied involvement in the alleged incident. <\/p>\n

\nJay-Z\u2019s lawyer said he was \u201cengaged in easily findable public activities\u201d elsewhere at the time.<\/p>\n

\nCombs\u2019 legal team have dismissed the claims in the filing, saying: \u201cNo sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies \u2013 and the perverse motives of those who told them \u2013 will be revealed.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nCombs is currently awaiting trial for separate federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transporting individuals for prostitution and has pleaded not guilty to all charges.<\/p>\n
