Bill Hader was on Netflix’s “Everybody’s Live With John Mulaney” where he recounted being fired for taking petty revenge. “I got fired from a movie theater for ruining the end of Titanic. I was working in a movie theater, and Titanic hadn\u2019t come out yet, and a sorority had bought out the movie theater<\/b> and they were in the doorway and I was going, \u2018Hey, guys. Can you guys move?\u2019 They were making fun of me.<\/b> They said I looked like Charles Manson. Which I kinda did. I had a little bowtie on and cummerbund, and I was like, \u2018Hey guys, please move.\u2019 And they were like, \u2018No.\u2019<\/b><\/p>\n
\u201cSo when they went in, as I tore the tickets, I was like, \u2018Enjoy the movie. The boat sinks at the end. Leo dies,\u2019<\/b>. And they were like, \u2018No, he doesn\u2019t.\u2019 I go, \u2018Yeah, you think he\u2019s asleep. But he\u2019s frozen.\u2019 And that showed them.\u201d<\/p>\n
Then the theater manager apparently came down and fired Hader. “Came down smiling, and he was like, ‘Hey, Bill. I have to fire you.’ He loved it. Couldn’t look me in the eye, though.”<\/p>\n
