Brown \/ AFP)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI have been diagnosed with ALS,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/eric-dane-diagnosed-with-als-exclusive-11713179\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dane told the outlet<\/a> late on April 10. \u201cI am grateful to have my loving family by my side as we navigate this next chapter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI feel fortunate that I am able to continue working and am looking forward to returning to set of Euphoria next week. He will begin shooting his role for the long-developing third season on April 14.<\/p>\n<p>ALS stands for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
