The reality star reached the milestone birthday in June last year and admitted that prior to that, she had been “too scared” to try new things but is actually “proud” that she has managed to start up her ‘Khloe in Wonderland’ podcast. <\/p>\n
She told UsWeekly: “With me being 40, I really wanted to do things that I had been thinking about doing, but was sort of too \u2014 either just my confidence was shot, or I just was too scared to try them.<\/p>\n
“[With my podcast], I was like, \u2018You know what? Screw this.\u2019 I\u2019m gonna push myself, and I\u2019m proud that I\u2019ve done it. I\u2019m doing it and I feel good about it. I found my rhythm.”<\/p>\n
The ‘Kardashians’ star explained that the “only negative thing” she has found since 40 is the physical impact that she has noticed but otherwise feelas if everything is “perfect” in her life at present. <\/p>\n
\nShe said: “The only negative thing I would say is that you definitely feel like your body gives out a little bit more. I am like \u2018Oh, my back hurts,\u2019 like things I\u2019ve never said before that I\u2019m like, \u2018Wow, OK’.<\/p>\n
\n“Other than that, everything is so perfect. I feel I\u2019m just in a really great place in my life right now and I\u2019m thrilled about it”<\/p>\n
\nThe Good American founder – who was initially married to Lamar Odom from 2009 until 2013 and then went on to have daughter True, six, and two-year-old Tatum with NBA player Tristan Thompson but ultimately split from him in 2021 after it was revealed he had fathered a baby with Maralee Nichols – added that her new venture givesher the chance to speak to those who are of “genuine interest” to her.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: “I feel like with my podcast, I\u2019m interviewing people that genuinely interest me and excite me, right? And I\u2019m all over the place, like I go from Mel Robbins to Dr. Steven Greer, who\u2019s a ufologist. I\u2019m all over the place, but that\u2019s how my brain operates and I am having a lot of fun with it. I have so many curiosities and fascinations, and I get to really dive into those by hosting this podcast.”<\/p>\n
