Teddi Mellencamp<\/strong><\/a> has had to have tough conversations with her family as she battles cancer. That includes talks with her father, singer John Mellencamp<\/strong><\/a>, about her will.<\/p>\n According to Teddi, John, 73, had a question so important that he called her 11 times in a row.<\/p>\n \u201cFinally, I answer, I\u2019m like, \u2018I\u2019m in the bath. Let me live a little,\u2019\u201d Teddi, 43, recalled on the Tuesday, April 8, episode of her \u201cTwo Ts in a Pod<\/a>\u201d podcast, which she hosts with Tamra Judge<\/strong>. \u201cHe goes, \u2018I just want to make sure you\u2019re going to be in our group family mausoleum.\u201d<\/p>\n Teddi said she replied that she has kids and didn\u2019t know where they would go in the mausoleum. (She and her estranged husband Edwin Arroyave<\/strong><\/a> share kids Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 5. Arroyave is also father to eldest daughter Isabella, from a previous relationship.)<\/p>\n John seemed ready to accommodate all of them at the family mausoleum in Indiana.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s like, \u2018Well, there\u2019s going to be the top five and then we\u2019re gonna have little areas around it, and then that\u2019s where everyone\u2019s going to get buried,\u2019\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n \u201cHe goes, \u2018You\u2019re doing your will right now, so you may as well put it in there,\u2019\u201d she added.<\/p>\n Ultimately, Teddi agreed, adding that, \u201cI\u2019m gonna have to work on my sister next week. The kids will be right behind me.\u201d<\/p>\n Teddi\u2019s morbid humor comes days after she celebrated a major milestone in her cancer treatment, in which she underwent her final radiation treatment. On Thursday, April 3, she celebrated the accomplishment by ringing the ceremonial hospital bell<\/a>.<\/p>\n She posted a video of the moment via her Instagram Story, in which she read from a plaque under the bell and rang it three times before celebrating with friends off-camera.<\/p>\n \u201cRinging the bell can signify a major phase of treatment \u2014 today was my last day of radiation,\u201d she wrote over the video. \u201c5 more rounds of immunotherapy to go.
