Real Housewives of New York City<\/span><\/i><\/a> alum <\/span>Kelly Bensimon<\/b> claimed that <\/span>The Golden Bachelorette<\/span><\/i><\/a> star <\/span>Pascal Ibgui<\/b><\/a> slid into her DMs after she expressed interest in his costar <\/span>Guy Gansert<\/b>.<\/p>\n \u201cPascal, another guy on The Golden Bachelorette<\/em>, slid into my DMs,\u201d Kelly, 56, said during the Tuesday, April 8, episode of the \u201cBen & Ashley I Almost Famous\u201d podcast<\/a>, admitting she didn\u2019t watch the debut season of the ABC reality show. \u201cIt\u2019s actually very entertaining.\u201d<\/p>\n Kelly went on to share how Pascal, 69, broke the ice. \u201cPascal is like, \u2018I\u2019m French,\u2019 [and] well, my ex-husband [Gilles Bensimon<\/strong>] was French, and he goes, \u2018I live in Chicago,\u2019 and I\u2019m from Illinois originally,\u201d she recalled. \u201cSo he was like, \u2018I\u2019m a hairdresser,\u2019 and I was, like, \u2018Oh wow.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n While Kelly said that she\u2019s open to pursuing a relationship with Pascal, she admitted to still having baggage from her past relationships.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m not a zeroing-in-on-somebody kind of person. Let\u2019s date before we get married, tread the waters, meet people,\u201d she told podcast cohosts Ben Higgins<\/strong> and Ashley Iaconetti<\/strong>. \u201cI\u2019m a little gun shy, I\u2019m not going to lie. I\u2019ve had two failed relationships.\u201d<\/p>\n Kelly was previously married to Gilles, 81, from 1997 to 2007, and they share daughters Sea Louise<\/strong>, 27, and Thaddeus<\/strong>, 25. Meanwhile, she and ex-fianc\u00e9 Scott Litner<\/strong> called off their engagement in June 2024.<\/p>\n The Bravo star revealed her exchange with Pascal one month after she shared her interest in Guy, 66, during a March episode of iHeart Radio\u2019s \u201cI Do Part 2.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201c[Guy] seemed very organized with his thoughts and his intentions and I was like, \u2018You know what, that\u2019s what I need.\u2019 I\u2019m looking for solid. I\u2019m looking for the rock. I\u2019m not looking for the roll,\u201d Kelly recalled of her interaction with the doctor, claiming that he asked for her phone number and went on to text her lengthy messages that she compared to \u201cnovellas.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cSo I text back and I\u2019m like, \u2018That\u2019s great, sounds fun, look forward to, can\u2019t wait, whatever.\u2019 And it was like \u2026 \u2018I like this and I like that, and I think you\u2019d like this, and I think you\u2019d like that,\u2019 and going on and on and on and on and, \u2018Here\u2019s a photo of me without a pocket square.\u2019 I was like, \u2018What is going on?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Kelly said she grew even more confused when Guy told her he started seeing someone, though continued to send \u201cmore images\u201d of himself. He also allegedly told her that he was an actor, referencing his appearance on General Hospital<\/em><\/a> in March.<\/p>\n While the future for Kelly and Pascal is currently unknown, the hairdresser previously opened up about his relationship status<\/span><\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m single, and I\u2019m not single because nobody wants me, I\u2019m single because the one I want [doesn\u2019t] want me,\u201d he said during the March 6 episode of the <\/span>\u201cBachelor Happy Hour\u201d podcast<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n
