The second slide in the post zoomed in on Jesse and Paige, revealing that they were holding hands in the photo.<\/p>\n \u201cThanks for having us West. Also, Paige and I are ready to take our relationship public,\u201d Jesse jokingly captioned the post. \u201cLove you my sweet petunia.\u201d<\/p>\n After Jesse \u2013 who is known for sharing flirtatious messages with his female friends on social media \u2013 shared the post, Paige made it clear he was joking<\/a> by writing, \u201cThis is how rumors start.\u201d<\/p>\n Meanwhile, several of their Summer House<\/em> costars also weighed in on the caption. \u201cDear god MESSY JESSE!\u201d Lindsay Hubbard<\/strong> wrote, while West, 29, commented, \u201cHR violation.\u201d<\/p>\n Kyle Cooke<\/strong> \u2013 who also appeared in the group photo \u2013 added, \u201cMessy Jesse strikes again.\u201d<\/p>\n Jesse joked that he and Paige were a romantic item following her split from ex Craig Conover<\/strong><\/a> after three years of dating.<\/p>\n \u201cCraig and I have decided to no longer be together.
