The weekend is here, which means more streaming, new playlists and the best that music has to offer — and ET has you covered for everything in between.<\/span><\/p>\n Elton John and Brandi Carlile released their collaborative studio album, <\/span>Who Believes In Angels?<\/span><\/em> They wrote and recorded the album in just 20 days. They also filmed a primetime concert special, <\/span>An Evening With Elton John and Brandi Carlile<\/span><\/em> that will feature live performances, captivating stories about their enduring friendship and an intimate look at their new album. The special airs April 6 on CBS.<\/span><\/p>\n Ed Sheeran has returned with a new single “Azizam” which is about the universality of emotion. Ed said, “Even though it’s completely different to anything that I’ve ever done before, Azizam feels familiar to me.”\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n CBS will air <\/span>MTV Video Music Awards<\/span><\/em> for the first time — airing live from UBS Arena on September 7. The three hour CBS broadcast will simulcast on MTV and a one-hour live pre-show will air across Paramount Media Networks.<\/span><\/p>\n Katy Perry will be performing at the 11th Breakthrough Prize ceremony on Saturday, April 5 in Los Angeles. The Breakthrough Prize celebrates the research achievements of the world’s top scientists, awarding more than $15 million in prizes annually. Sia will also perform and other expected attendees include Christina Aguilera, Drew Barrymore, Jessica Chastain, Glenn Close, Lily Collins, Jodie Foster, Paris Hilton, Gayle King, Lizzo, Gwyneth Paltrow and more.<\/span><\/p>\n On April 2, Sierra Club, the nation’s largest and most influential environmental grassroots organization, honored Dr. Jane Goodall, William Shatner, Bill Nye, Quannah Chasinghorse, Jessica Sarowitz, Josh & Rebcca Tickett and Wawa Gatheru for their advocacy in environmental and social justice at the 2025 Trail Blazers Ball. The evening featured performances by Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Aly & AJ and\u00a0Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Yonnet.<\/span><\/p>\n Jordan Davis announced his <\/span>2025 Ain’t Enough Road Tour<\/span><\/em>, which will kick off September 11 in Greater Palm Springs, CA. Jordan announced the tour in a <\/span>video<\/a> featuring surprise cameos by Peyton Manning and Jim Nantz and his fellow tour mates Mitchell Tenpenny and Vincent Mason.
