The 43-year-old reality TV star starred alongside Garcelle, 58, during season 10 of the Bravo reality series, and said they never developed a close friendship \u2013\u00a0and at one point, Garcelle referred to Mellencamp as a \u201clittle gnat\u201d who is \u201cannoying for no reason\u201d. <\/p>\n
Teddi later responded by sharing a cartoon image of a gnat with her face superimposed, writing on Instagram: \u201cI can sleep on my super comfortable mattress tonight knowing I\u2019m happy with who I am and being authentically me.\u201d<\/p>\n
She has now told UsWeekly: \u201cGarcelle has not reached out.\u201d<\/p>\n
Teddi has also been vocal about her disappointment in some former castmates for not reaching out, previously criticising her friend and former co-star Dorit Kemsley, 48, for failing to check in as she fights cancer.<\/p>\n
\nShe added during a 20 March episode of her \u2018Two Ts in a Pod\u2019 podcast: \u201cI haven\u2019t f****** heard from Dorit. Dorit was one of my best friends!\u201d<\/p>\n
\nHowever, Teddi told UsWeekly Doria had since reached out following encouragement from their mutual friend Erika Jayne. <\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cDorit has now. I\u2019m good friends with Erika, so she said, \u2018Dorit does want to reach out to you now, can she?\u2019 I (said), \u2018(I) don\u2019t know how quick I\u2019ll be to forgive, but sure.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
\nTeddi added Dorit\u2019s message was \u201cso nice\u201d that they would \u201cprobably be fine\u201d. <\/p>\n
\nShe also noted Denise Richards, 53, whom she has not been friends with since 2020, had sent her a message, calling it \u201ca little bit of a shocker\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nAnd Teddi praised her close friend Kyle Richards, 55, for offering continuous support. <\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cKyle has been there non-stop. She saved the day by getting me into a hospital to receive emergency brain surgery.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nTeddi has been battling stage 4 melanoma for three years. <\/p>\n
\nIn February, doctors discovered that the cancer had spread to her lungs and brain and she underwent emergency brain surgery and was scheduled for radiation and immunotherapy.<\/p>\n
\nEarlier this month, scans detected five additional tumours \u2013\u00a0three in her brain and two in her lungs. A further MRI on March 26 revealed four more small tumours in her brain.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cI\u2019m fighting for my life, but also for my family\u2019s life and all the people I love.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nTeddi has spoken about how she is discussing her diagnosis with her three children \u2013\u00a0daughters Slate, 12, and Dove, 5, and son Cruz, 10. <\/p>\n
\nShe has admitted: \u201cI\u2019m not equipped to fully handle this. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cIt is helping because they ask me questions that I probably wouldn\u2019t have thought to give them answers to.\u201d<\/p>\n
