Attorney Dina Doll, has weighed in on the actress\u2019 bitter \u201charassment\u201d fight with the director in the new documentary \u2018Dispute: Lively vs. Baldoni\u2019, which aired on Monday (31.03.25) night and streams on Max \u2013 with the show conducting a deep-dive into the legal drama between the co-stars of \u2018It Ends With Us\u2019.<\/p>\n

It was billed as offering a detailed examination through interviews with reporters, intimacy coordinators, public relations professionals and legal analysts. <\/p>\n

Neither party\u2019s lawyers participated in the documentary \u2013 but Dina Doll, a legal expert featured in \u2018Dispute\u2019, shared her opinion on the case on the show.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cMy professional opinion, Blake Lively<\/a> has the stronger case \u2013 because all of Justin Baldoni\u2019s arguments about fame and control don\u2019t really refute her claim of sexual harassment.\u201d <\/p>\n

\nMs Doll pointed to specific allegations in Blake\u2019s lawsuit, such as the \u201cimprovising of kissing, the describing his genitalia, talking about pornography\u201d, which she believes provide a solid foundation for a claim of sexual harassment, regardless of the setting. <\/p>\n

\nShe added: \u201cThose seem to be pretty strong basis for a claim of sexual harassment.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nThe documentary also touches on the conflicting accounts of the two parties. <\/p>\n

\nWhile Blake claims sexual harassment occurred on the set of \u2018It Ends With Us\u2019, Justin has countered the encounters were more consensual. <\/p>\n

\nAccording to Ms Doll, Justin\u2019s defence does not dispute the events but argues they were not as one-sided as Blake suggests.<\/p>\n

\nIn December 2024, the actress\u2019 allegations against Justin were made public through a New York Times report, which led to a strong response from the filmmaker\u2019s legal team. <\/p>\n

\nHis lawyer, Bryan Freedman, called the allegations \u201ccompletely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious\u201d.<\/p>\n

\nBlake was also accused of attempting to harm Justin\u2019s reputation. <\/p>\n

\nHe has filed a $400 million lawsuit against Blake and her actor husband, Ryan Reynolds, for defamation and extortion \u2013 alleging the couple used their influence to derail his career. <\/p>\n

\nBlake\u2019s legal team has labelled the lawsuit \u201cbaseless\u201d.<\/p>\n

\nThis month, Justin\u2019s lawyer continued to respond aggressively on the case, stating Blake\u2019s claims would be debunked during discovery. <\/p>\n

\nHe said: \u201cHer fantastical claims will be swiftly debunked as discovery moves forward.\u201d <\/p>\n

\nMr Freedman added Blake would be \u201cheld accountable for her actions of pure malice\u201d.<\/p>\n
