Rowling<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s book series wasn\u2019t publicly announced, but had been planned for this year, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2025-03-27\/warner-bros-cancels-planned-hogwarts-legacy-game-expansion?sref=P6Q0mxvj\" onclick=\"getOutboundLink(&#039;https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2025-03-27\/warner-bros-cancels-planned-hogwarts-legacy-game-expansion?sref=P6Q0mxvj&#039;); return false;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bloomberg<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The video game was originally released in 2023, and is one of the best-selling video games of all time.<\/p>\n<p><strong class=\"hidearticle\"><em>Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><span id=\"more-2100753\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Bloomberg<\/em> notes that Warner Bros.
