\t\t<\/p>\n Charlie Hunnam<\/strong><\/a> has just expanded his family!<\/p>\n The 44-year-old Sons of Anarchy<\/em> actor recently adopted two cute kittens during a little down time from filming the next installment in Ryan Murphy<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s Monster<\/strong><\/a><\/em> anthology series. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n According to the River Valley Animal Rescue, Charlie<\/strong> visited the rescue in Momence, Ill., and showered the cats with love, before he decided to adopt. <\/p>\n The rescue center shared photos of Charlie<\/strong> playing with a couple of adorable cats named Sugar Plum<\/strong> and Gingerbread<\/strong>. <\/p>\n \u201cJust like everyone who steps through our doors, he soaked up all the affection they had to give. He was a great sport about letting them climb all over him, snapped countless pictures, and even took the opportunity to FaceTime his lady<\/strong><\/a> to show off his favorites,\u201d they shared on Facebook<\/a>. <\/p>\n \u201cBut from the very beginning, two special sisters stole his heart: Sugar Plum<\/strong> and Gingerbread<\/strong>. And then came the words we never expected\u2026 I think I would love to adopt. And that\u2019s exactly what Charlie<\/strong> did,\u201d they continued. \u201cWho would have thought that our two little ladies\u2014once unwanted and homeless in a small town\u2014would end up flying off to a life of luxury in Los Angeles?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cCharlie<\/strong>, thank you for giving these precious kittens the incredible life they deserve. We not only loved having you visit time and time again, but seeing the genuine affection you had for each and every cat was absolutely priceless,\u201d RVAR concluded. \ud83d\udc3e We\u2019re honored to officially welcome you to the RVAR family! \ud83d\udc3e And this just goes to show\u2026 \ud83d\ude43 No matter who you are, getting two kittens to sit still long enough for an adoption photo is nearly impossible\u2014even for this experienced CAT DAD! \ud83d\udc3e\u201d<\/p>\n Local news station WCIA<\/a> reported in February that Monster<\/em> season three was filming in Kankakee County, and the production had taken over the downtown Momence. <\/p>\n Charlie<\/strong> is set to star in the upcoming season as serial killer Ed Gein<\/strong>, whose crimes spanned from 1947-1957. <\/p>\n He was last photographed sporting a bloody face while filming in Los Angeles back in January.
