Brittany Cartwright<\/strong><\/a> revealed she hasn\u2019t repaired her relationship with Katie Maloney<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 but not for lack of trying.<\/p>\n

During the Friday, March 21, episode of her \u201cWhen Reality Hits\u201d podcast<\/a>, Cartwright, 36, answered a fan question about whether she reconnected with Maloney, 38.<\/p>\n

\u201cNot really,\u201d she replied. \u201cI want nothing but the best for Katie. I still have so much love for her. We were so close. She was the matron of honor in my wedding, so I want nothing but the best for her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cartwright said the last time she heard from Maloney<\/a> was after her split from Jax Taylor,<\/strong> adding, \u201cShe did reach out in the beginning whenever I went through my separation. So I thought that was so nice.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAfter Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark seemingly shaded Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright for missing their nuptials, it\u2019s been confirmed that there is a rift between the two former Vanderpump Rules couples. Bravo fans will recall Schroeder and Taylor dating at the start of the reality show, which premiered in 2013. After two seasons of [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

When Cartwright returned the olive branch, she didn\u2019t get the same<\/a> response \u2014 or any.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have reached out to her after her father passed away, which is horrible. And it was her birthday. So I reached out for her for both of those times. I didn\u2019t hear back,\u201d she revealed. \u201cBut I know she\u2019s also busy. I\u2019m busy. But she has reached out to me a couple of times.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cartwright continued: \u201cI have nothing but love for her. If I saw her out, I would give her a big hug and everything like that. But no, we haven\u2019t really reconnected in that way.\u201d<\/p>\n

The duo originally formed a friendship while filming Bravo\u2019s Vanderpump Rules.<\/em> Cartwright exited the series with Taylor, 45, in 2022 \u2014 and has since confirmed that<\/a> she wasn\u2019t as close with Maloney.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe still have love for each other,\u201d she said during Peacock\u2019s Watch With Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor<\/em> in April 2023. \u201cIt\u2019s crazy seeing Katie because she was literally my matron of honor. We were so close. And I have barely even heard from her in a whole entire year.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cartwright and Maloney\u2019s distance also came after The Valley<\/em><\/a> star got involved in Stassi Schroeder<\/strong>\u2018s drama with Taylor. For those Bravo fans who don\u2019t remember, Taylor and Cartwright missed Schroeder and Beau Clark<\/strong>\u2018s nuptials in Italy in 2022. Schroeder, 36, who previously dated Taylor during season 1 of Vanderpump Rules<\/em>, claimed Taylor didn\u2019t tell them he and Cartwright wouldn\u2019t be attending until they heard it from a mutual friend.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Cartwright and Taylor have argued that several personal issues led to them having to change their plans at the last second. Schroeder has since not fully reconciled with either Cartwright or Taylor, and Maloney \u2014 who was Schroeder\u2019s maid of honor \u2014 seemed to keep her distance as well.<\/p>\n

Taylor later publicly called out Maloney for allegedly being \u201cmean\u201d<\/a> to Cartwright.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s mean to my wife. She hasn\u2019t returned calls and they haven\u2019t talked forever. She did our gender reveal [party] and she was in our wedding,\u201d Taylor said during an appearance at City Winery in October 2023. \u201cKatie\u2019s got a little bit of a big head right now. She\u2019s riding on Ariana [Madix]\u2019s coattails.\u201d<\/p>\n
