Rebecca Minkoff<\/strong> has plans in place in case her husband, Gavin Bellour<\/strong>, finds another partner in the event of her death \u2014 or a divorce.<\/p>\n

\u201cI remember, we were about to get married, and I was like, \u2018Babe, babe, we need a prenup<\/a>.\u2019 And I had nothing and he had nothing. But I knew I was going to be something, and I knew he could be something,\u201d Minkoff, 44, said on the Monday, March 24, episode of the \u201cTrading Secrets\u201d<\/a> podcast. \u201cSomewhere there\u2019s a napkin that\u2019s like, \u2018What\u2019s mine is mine, what\u2019s yours is yours,\u2019 is what it said.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now, Minkoff and Bellour have a joint account for family, and \u201ceverything else we make on the side is just ours to do with whatever we want.\u201d (Minkoff and Bellour share four kids<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

\u201cI inserted a floozy clause into our will. \u2026 If I die and he shacks up with some new hot young thing,\u201d she explained, noting that this is a \u201clegitimate\u201d contract and not just on a napkin. \u201cHe shacks up with someone, immediately all my assets, everything goes into a trust for the kids. So that girl has no chance of getting anything that I make.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s just everything goes to the kids, and he can manage it, but he can\u2019t go buy her stuff with that money,\u201d Minkoff noted, adding that her mom came up with the idea. \u201cI was like, \u2018That is smart.\u2019 I was like, \u2018Babe, we\u2019re putting in a floozy clause.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
