Paige DeSorbo<\/b><\/a> claimed that ex-boyfriend<\/span> Craig Conover<\/b><\/a> \u201ctried to make\u201d one of her career milestones about him before they called it quits.<\/p>\n After episode 6 of Summer House<\/span><\/i><\/a> season 9 aired on Wednesday, March 19, Paige, 32, reflected on a conversation she had with Craig, 36, in the episode during the <\/span>Summer House After Show<\/span><\/i><\/a>. Fans previously watched Craig insist that he and Paige had to make their relationship a priority as she prepared to head out on her \u201cGiggly Squad\u201d podcast tour.<\/p>\n After costars Ciara Miller<\/strong> and Amanda Batula<\/strong> insisted that Paige was supportive of Craig\u2019s career accomplishments, the podcast host opened up about her mindset during the conversation in question.<\/p>\n \u201cI think obviously when you\u2019re in it, you can\u2019t see it the way you see it when you\u2019re out of it or the way your friends see it. And I think I loved him so much that I tolerated it too much,\u201d Paige said. \u201cAnd now that I\u2019m out of it and I look back on things, I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh, wait. Anytime I had, like, a career milestone, he found a way to, like, make it about him.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n After Paige made the claim, a clip from Summer House<\/em> showed Craig telling her that she would always \u201cchoose work\u201d over their relationship. \u201cIf we were married and we had kids, like you can\u2019t choose work all the time,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n Paige went on to claim that Craig had a habit of making everything about him during their relationship. \u201cAnytime there was something and it was like for me \u2026 It was my friend\u2019s wedding or a family wedding, he would find a way to, like, make it about him and make me have a bad time,\u201d she continued. \u201cIt was just embarrassing.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSo that\u2019s something that I look back on now and I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh wow, I really was very blinded.\u2019 I had to, like, do a lot of damage control while I was the one performing and, like, about to go out on stage, so like when I started having panic attacks this fall while I was doing \u2018Giggly Squad,\u2019 he just thought it was because I worked too much,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n After Paige confirmed that Craig never thought he contributed to her stress, she shared that he made her watch a documentary about how touring heavily impacted the home lives of the ABBA band members.<\/p>\n Paige confirmed that she and Craig called it quits<\/a> after three years of dating in December 2024. \u201cCraig and I have decided to no longer be together. I love him, I think he loves me. I think we will remain friends. No one did anything. It wasn\u2019t a bad thing,\u201d she said during her \u201cGiggly Squad\u201d podcast. \u201cI think we both were just being really mature and saying what we want and what we didn\u2019t want, and I think that\u2019s extremely powerful to be able to voice how you\u2019re feeling in real time and what you want for your future.\u201d<\/p>\n While the split initially seemed amicable,<\/span><\/a> the troubles in their final months as a couple have been documented on season 10 of <\/span>Southern Charm<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>season 9 of <\/span>Summer House<\/span><\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\n During the February 13 episode of Southern Charm<\/em>, Craig admitted that Paige had \u201cpriorities\u201d in her life<\/a> that made him feel like he was put on the back burner.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s an insecurity that I have dealt with because Paige is so busy,\u201d Craig told costar Shep Rose<\/strong>. \u201cHer career is one of her biggest priorities and I had to learn how to exist in that world.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
