A documentary about Stephen Collins<\/strong><\/a>\u2018 child sexual abuse scandal revealed he is currently dating 7th Heaven \u201csuper fan\u201d Jenny Nagel who is 40 years younger than him.<\/p>\n

Investigation Discovery\u2019s Hollywood Demons<\/em> special, which premieres Monday, March 24, features an update on where Collins, 77, is now after leaving Hollywood in disgrace.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cStephen Collins now lives with a woman who is 40 years younger than him,\u201d Dr. Drew Pinsky<\/strong> claimed in the special. \u201cShe was a super fan.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dr. Drew speculated on Collins\u2019 relationship with Nagel, 37, adding, \u201cThe age difference \u2014 given what we know about his history \u2014 certainly raises an eyebrow. Let\u2019s hope he can commit to this woman and not perpetrate on others.\u201d<\/p>\n

Collins did not participate in the ID special and producers reached out to \u201cmore than 100 contacts\u201d of Collins\u2019 and \u201cnearly everyone declined to participate or did not respond.\u201d (A producer in a voiceover claimed that only men agreed to speak with them about their experience with Collins.)<\/p>\n

After his acting career came to an end, Collins was spotted on multiple occasions<\/a> with Nagel, in Fairfield, Iowa, where they currently live. The couple, who the Daily Mail claimed got married in 2019, have been spotted attending twice-daily transcendental meditation sessions. The outlet also reported that Nagel posted about Collins\u2019 hit show 7th Heaven years before they got together.<\/p>\n

The actor became a household name after booking the role of Reverend Eric Camden on 7th Heaven<\/em>, which ran from 1996 to 2007. Collins made headlines seven years after<\/a> 7th Heaven<\/em> ended when TMZ published an audio recording from a marriage counseling session with his then-wife, actress Faye Gran<\/strong>t, where he admitted to sexually abusing three underage girls.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m a flawed person,\u201d Collins said in an interview with Katie Couric<\/strong> at the time. \u201cIn the church, it\u2019s actually one of the things I love about the church \u2026 It\u2019s really one of the main things about the Christian faith. Christ said in so many ways, \u2018Bring me that \u2026 which about you is broken, bring it,\u2019 and most people are broken in some way.\u201d<\/p>\n

Collins denied he was a \u201cpedophile\u201d before adding, \u201cMost people get to, or have to, or choose to hide it. This came out. I didn\u2019t choose this to come out. I didn\u2019t want to have to deal with these things publicly. \u2026 I had dealt with them very, very strongly, and committedly, in my private life, but I think I\u2019m a human being with flaws and I\u2019ve done everything I can to address it.\u201d<\/p>\n

An investigation was launched in 2012 into the claims against Collins. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department later released a statement confirming they could not \u201csubstantiate the allegation\u201d against Collins and no charges were brought against him.<\/a><\/p>\n
