The couple \u2013 who tied the knot in 2018 \u2013 have been making headlines regarding Justin\u2019s speculated health issues, which began when fans noticed he appeared more gaunt than usual and he seemed to be acting strange.<\/p>\n Concerns for Justin\u2019s health continued when he was photographed smoking from a bong, and he was rumored to be abusing hard drugs.
