What a shame. Prayers going up to Tracy for his health,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/EFOrtega_\/status\/1901835586803036274\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">one person tweeted<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have seen people calling him a drunk and a druggie too. It didn\u2019t look like he was drunk to me..looked like it just hit him and there was nothing gonna stop it.
