Finding love! Blake Horstmann<\/strong><\/a> and Giannina Gibelli<\/strong><\/a> made their \u201cworst kept secret\u201d Instagram official after fan speculation about their relationship status.<\/p>\n The Bachelor Nation<\/a> alum and\u00a0Love Is Blind<\/em><\/a> star took to Instagram in June 2022 to reveal that, as Blake put it, they\u2019re \u201cso damn happy.\u201d In their respective social media posts, both reality stars told followers that their love story would unfold<\/a> on the Paramount+ series\u00a0All Star Shore<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cSee why I have been so happy this year,\u201d Giannina wrote. Blake, for his part, teased that viewers would get to see \u201chow the hell this happened,\u201d referring to his newfound love.<\/p>\n The Colorado native made his reality TV debut on season 14 of\u00a0The Bachelorette<\/em><\/a> while competing for Becca Kufrin<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s heart. Following a tumultuous appearance on\u00a0Bachelor in Paradise<\/a>\u00a0<\/i>season 6, Blake stepped away from reality TV. However, he made his triumphant return for the inaugural season of All Star Shore<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>and found love in the process.<\/p>\n \u201cNothing was forced,\u201d Blake told Page Six<\/em><\/a> in June 2022 of his and Giannina\u2019s relationship.\u00a0\u201cThat was one of the coolest things because I\u2019ve been on some other shows where things aren\u2019t necessarily forced but \u2026 you\u2019re put in situations where they want a certain result. And for this, it was almost the opposite. It was like, \u2019Stop, get away from each other. This is a competition show.\u2019 So that was pretty fun, and it felt a lot more real and a lot more genuine, so I really enjoyed that.\u201d<\/p>\n The ABC alum noted that finding love during filming was a \u201cnice surprise.\u201d Blake added, \u201cAnd she was a nice surprise and what we built throughout the show was a very nice surprise.\u201d<\/p>\n Blake went on to explain that there was less \u201cpressure\u201d on\u00a0All Star Shore<\/em><\/a> compared to his past experiences on\u00a0The Bachelor<\/em> franchise shows<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cOn \u2018The Bachelor\u2019 and \u2018Bachelorette,\u2019 getting engaged in two or three months or whatever it is, it is an added pressure. It really is,\u201d he explained. \u201cThey want to see it, the audience wants to see that. You think you\u2019re ready at the time, but honestly most of the time you\u2019re not. And so that pressure wasn\u2019t here.\u201d<\/p>\n Giannina \u2014 who has since moved on from\u00a0Love Is Blind<\/em> \u2014 was previously engaged to Damian Powers<\/b><\/a>\u00a0following the Netflix series\u2019 first season. However, in March 2020, she confirmed her single status. When it comes to finding love on\u00a0All Star\u00a0Shore<\/i>, Giannina agreed with Blake in saying that their romance was unexpected.<\/p>\n \u201cI definitely wasn\u2019t expecting to find someone that I genuinely connected with and that I genuinely wanted to see every day,\u201d she told Page Six.\u00a0<\/em>\u201cAnd then suddenly I have this gorgeous man in front of me.\u201d<\/p>\n
