A bombshell revelation. As the Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a> cast continued to question Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a> and Raquel Leviss<\/strong><\/a>\u2018 friendship, Ken Todd<\/strong> joined in with his own suspicions.<\/p>\n During the trailer for the next episode, which will air on Wednesday, May 2, Ken, 77, shared a surprising piece of information with Lisa Vanderpump<\/strong><\/a>. \u201cI can\u2019t believe that Tom Sandoval had Raquel over when Ariana is away. And she stayed all night,\u201d the restaurant owner told his wife, 62, as Katie Maloney<\/strong><\/a> reacted in shock.<\/p>\n Sandoval, 40, and Raquel, 28, continued to be a major topic of conversation<\/a> as they joined Tom Schwartz<\/strong><\/a>, Brock Davies<\/strong><\/a>, Scheana Shay<\/strong><\/a> and Ariana Madix<\/strong><\/a> on a glamorous camping trip.<\/p>\n In the sneak peek clip, Schwartz, 40, joked about the former beauty pageant contestant\u2019s dating history<\/a>. \u201cI don\u2019t want to kill the vibe but Raquel has a type. Brock [and] Tom, be careful tonight. [She likes] men that are taken,\u201d the Minnesota native quipped in a September 2022 scene, which was filmed one month after his makeout session<\/a> with Raquel.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Lala Kent<\/strong><\/a> had more questions about whether the Fancy AF Cocktails<\/em> co-author was cheating on Ariana<\/a>, 37.<\/p>\n \u201cI think Sandoval has a thing for Raquel,\u201d the beauty mogul told James Kennedy<\/strong><\/a> in the Bravo video. \u201cThe last time that Sandoval was talking about a woman the way he talks about Raquel was when he was talking about Ariana while he was with [ex-girlfriend] Kristin [Doute]<\/strong><\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed in March that Sandoval and Raquel were having an affair following her split<\/a> from James, 31. The TomTom cofounder and Ariana called it quits after nearly a decade of dating<\/a> due to his infidelity.<\/p>\n Sandoval, however, claimed he tried to end his relationship with the Florida native<\/a> one month before his cheating scandal.<\/p>\n \u201cWe didn\u2019t tell anybody, but she knew,\u201d he alleged on an episode of the \u201cHowie Mandel Does Stuff\u201d podcast earlier this month. \u201cShe was trying to, like convince me not to be broken up \u2026 but that was not the case. She asked me that day as we were leaving about, like \u2014 because we had talked about fertilizing [her] eggs, which I never did. She was like, \u2018So, what do you think about doing a sperm check to fertilize my eggs?\u2019 And I\u2019m like, \u2018What? We\u2019re broken up.\u2019 \u2026 I was like, \u2018We\u2019ll talk about this later, I gotta go do my show.’\u201d<\/p>\n The Missouri native also gushed about growing closer to Raquel<\/a> after their August 2022 hookup. \u201cI was seeing Raquel as often as I could. I know that sounds horrible,\u201d he continued. \u201cAnd FaceTiming her all the time. And Ariana didn\u2019t even notice because that\u2019s just how separate our lives were. I had to actually tell her, \u2018How have you not noticed how distant I\u2019ve been lately?’\u201d<\/p>\n After the bar owner said there wasn\u2019t a \u201clabel\u201d on his current connection<\/a> with the California native, Us<\/em> confirmed that Raquel checked herself into a mental health treatment facility<\/a>.<\/p>\n According to Sandoval, the model has been \u201cdoing great\u201d since seeking treatment<\/a>. \u201cRaquel is in a mental facility,\u201d he told TMZ on Tuesday, April 25. \u201cWhether she decides to tell you where that is after the fact \u2014 that\u2019s where Raquel is. No visitors, no friends, no family, no phone, no nothing.\u201d<\/p>\n
