During a chat about cosmetic surgery<\/a>, the former Bravo personality pointed to her body and told guest Isaac Mizrahi<\/strong><\/a>, \u201cThis is all natural, thank you so much.\u201d<\/p>\n The fashion designer, also 61, told his host she \u201clooks amazing\u201d and asked how she achieved her look.<\/p>\n \u201cWalking,\u201d Manzo replied. When you\u2019re injecting it in your face, it\u2019s just craziness.\u201d<\/p>\n The Manzo\u2019d With Children<\/em> alum previously revealed she underwent a facelift<\/a> after losing weight in 2019. \u201cI just decided that I am going to stop eating bread and pasta and meat and soda and cake and all that kind of stuff,\u201d she explained during an April 2019 episode of son Albie Manzo<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s \u201cDear Albie\u201d podcast. \u201cI\u2019m basically vegetarian. Not completely, but basically. \u2026 And since the beginning of January, I\u2019ve lost nearly 20 pounds.\u201d<\/p>\n A side effect of the weight loss, however, was loose skin around her neck. \u201cIt just freaked me out,\u201d she explained, adding that her surgery mostly involved her neck rather than her face. \u201cIt\u2019s not a matter of, you know what, let me bring my youth back. No, I want to be the best version of me I can be.\u201d<\/p>\n Caroline\u2019s latest comments about her body come in the midst of a widespread debate about the use of Ozempic, a medication used to treat diabetes that is now popular as an off-label weight loss drug. While the Brownstone co-owner prefers a natural method, some of her fellow Housewives have admitted to using Ozempic or drugs like it to help them maintain their svelte looks.<\/p>\n Earlier this month, Dolores Catania<\/strong><\/a> revealed that she\u2019s taking Mounjaro<\/a>, which she described as being \u201canother part\u201d of the Ozempic world. \u201cI wasn\u2019t going to come to the reunion looking any bigger than anyone else, so I got on the bandwagon,\u201d the RHONJ<\/em> star, 52, explained during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/em>, adding that she also works out with a personal trainer.<\/p>\n Her costar Jackie Goldschneider<\/strong><\/a>, meanwhile, has said that she gets \u201cfired up\u201d by the discussion surrounding the drug. \u201cI\u2019m not so much horrified by people wanting to lose weight \u2014 that has always been a universal thing \u2014 but I\u2019m very, very scared of what will happen if and when people have to go off this drug,\u201d the lawyer, 46, said during a February episode of Page Six<\/em>\u2018s \u201cVirtual Reali-Tea\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n The reality star has been open about her own struggle with anorexia, but she said her recovery has been affected by the Ozempic craze. \u201cFrom a selfish standpoint, I wanted to come back into a world where everyone around me was eating and loving food and enjoying life,\u201d she explained. \u201cI wanted to come back to that and I didn\u2019t because a lot of people in the Housewives world are on Ozempic. It\u2019s not even approved by the FDA<\/a> for casual weight loss,\u201d the Artistic LipoSculpting Center owner explained in March. \u201cIt\u2019s not a good idea for someone who hopes to keep it off because one thing that we know is when you stop the medication, whether it be a few months down the road or a year later, your weight will come back pretty rapidly.
