Gage Gallagher<\/strong><\/a>, aka Player 947, is opening up about some rules that the producers made that prevented contestants from supporting each other.<\/p>\nKeep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nIn a new interview on the Iced Coffee Hour <\/em>podcast, Gage <\/strong>was asked why the final three contestants didn\u2019t make a deal to split the $10 million and walk away with a little more than $3 million each.<\/p>\n\u201cThere was no negotiation. It was in our contract that we weren\u2019t allowed to and then in certain challenges, they\u2019d kind of reiterate that. It\u2019s like, \u2018By the way, you can\u2019t make any deals.\u2019 You can\u2019t say, \u2018Hey, if you help me get to this, I will give you 10% if I win,\u2019\u201d Gage <\/strong>revealed.<\/p>\n\u201cIf we could have, we probably would have, with those three people, but there was no ability to negotiate a split,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Gage<\/strong> said that he couldn\u2019t even give money to other contestants at this point, even if he wanted to.<\/p>\n\u201cAnd there\u2019s some pretty severe clawbacks in the agreement we signed, if they find that someone is splitting after the fact,\u201d Gage <\/strong>revealed.<\/p>\n<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
