Rosie confirms that she has fled the US<\/h2>\n

In the clip above, O\u2019Donnell explains her decision to leave her homeland behind in search of greater political stability.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt has been heartbreaking to see what is happening over there politically and hard for me personally as well,\u201d she told her followers.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you know it is safe for all citizens to have equal rights there in America, that\u2019s when we will consider coming back,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n
