Queen Bey has a huge fan in King Charles III<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n

The British monarch, 76, named Beyonc\u00e9<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s \u201cCrazy In Love\u201d as one of his favorite songs during his Monday, March 10, Apple Music 1 radio special<\/a>, The King\u2019s Music Room<\/em>, and congratulated the singer on winning her first Album of the Year award at last month\u2019s Grammys.<\/p>\n

Beyonc\u00e9 won the prestigious award<\/a>\u00a0for her country album, Cowboy Carter<\/em><\/a>, after missing out on the prize four times in the past, including for her critically acclaimed Lemonade<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Introducing \u201cCrazy In Love\u201d on his one-off radio show, Charles deemed Beyonc\u00e9, 43, an artist \u201cso exceptional that I could not resist including her music.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now you don\u2019t have to speculate, as King Charles III released his own personal playlist on Apple Music to mark Commonwealth Day on Monday, March 10. The playlist, titled His Majesty King Charles III\u2019s Playlist, features some of the king\u2019s favorite music [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cShe performed this song at the then-Prince\u2019s Trust Fashion Rocks concert at the Royal Albert Hall in 2003. I wanted to include an iconic musical moment from the many events which supported my Trust\u2019s work over the years,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

As he began the track, he praised the \u201cincomparable\u201d singer and added, \u201cI would like to congratulate her for winning her first Album of the Year Grammy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Closing Monday\u2019s radio show, Charles also paid tribute to Diana Ross<\/strong>, one of Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s major musical inspirations. The king played Ross\u2019 1980 hit, \u201cUpside Down,\u201d and said, \u201cThis very last song is one of my particular favorites. When I was much younger, it was impossible not to get up and dance when it was played.\u201d<\/p>\n

During his Apple Music 1 radio show, Charles selected tracks by Bob Marley<\/strong> & The Wailers, Kylie Minogue<\/strong>, Grace Jones<\/strong> and Michael Bubl\u00e9<\/strong>,\u00a0as well as more recent artists such as Raye<\/strong> and Davido<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Along with announcing Renaissance Act II during Super Bowl LVIII on February 11, Beyonc\u00e9 christened her new era by releasing \u201cTexas Hold \u2018Em\u201d and \u201c16 Carriages.\u201d The two country songs embodied her Houston roots [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cBob Marley would have been 80 this year,\u201d said Charles after he played \u201cCould You Be Loved.\u201d \u201cI remember when he came to London to perform when I was much younger, and I met him at some event \u2026 that marvellous, infectious energy of course he had, but also his deep sincerity and his profound concern for his community.\u201d<\/p>\n
