The SXSW Film & TV Festival<\/a> started the 2026 awards conversation<\/a> Friday with the premiere of The Studio<\/em><\/a>, the Seth Rogen<\/strong> satire about the film biz, then kept going with the hotly-anticipated launch<\/a> of Another Simple Favor<\/em>, with stars including Blake Lively<\/strong>, Anna Kendrick<\/strong>, and Henry Golding<\/strong> on stage for its maiden voyage.<\/p>\n Other SXSW attendees spotted on various stages, red carpets, and portrait studios across Austin, Texas: Ben Affleck<\/strong> was joined by Matt Damon<\/strong> (bearded!) and Jon Bernthal<\/strong> (bald!) for the inaugural screening of The Accountant 2<\/em>, while Jenna Ortega<\/strong> and Paul Rudd<\/strong> ushered in their latest, Death of a Unicorn.<\/em> Meanwhile, Pedro Pascal<\/strong> and the rest of the The Last of Us<\/em> gang sat down to talk about the show’s pending second season, while Kevin Bacon<\/strong> submitted to an onstage retrospective of his career.<\/p>\n That’s just the tip of the iceberg at this years SXSW, which runs until March 15.
