Some celebrities are pretty happy<\/a> with their results when they get plastic surgery<\/a>. But unfortunately, that\u2019s not the case for stars like Kim Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> and Tara Reid<\/strong><\/a>, because they have to deal with major<\/em> complications or procedures that just didn\u2019t turn out to their liking.<\/p>\n With more permanent surgeries, there\u2019s sadly no going back in most cases. Actress Jennifer Grey<\/strong> became a world-famous movie star thanks to late 1980s hits like Dirty Dancing<\/em> and Ferris Bueller\u2019s Day Off<\/em>. But after a nose job in the early 1990s, she literally became unrecognizable to audiences, and the plastic surgery derailed her red-hot acting career.<\/p>\n \u201cI went into the \u00adoperating room a \u00adcelebrity and came out anonymous. It was the nose job from hell. I\u2019ll always be this once-famous actress nobody \u00adrecognizes because of a nose job,\u201d Jennifer revealed to the U.K\u2019s The Mirror<\/em><\/a> in 2012.<\/p>\n Fortunately for some stars, they were able to reverse cosmetic enhancements where they were unhappy with the results. Jessica Simpson<\/strong><\/a> revealed to Glamour<\/em><\/a> magazine in 2006 that she had lip injections<\/a>, but that the fillers made her look \u201cfake.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI had that Restylane stuff,\u201d she said. \u201cIt looked fake to me. I didn\u2019t like that. But \u2026 it went away in, like, four months. My lips are back to what they were. Thank God!\u201d<\/p>\n Actress Courteney Cox<\/strong> <\/a>admitted in a 2017 interview with New Beauty<\/em><\/a> that \u201cI want to stay natural<\/a>\u201d after using too many facial fillers made her look somewhat unrecognizable<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cWell, what would end up happening is that you go to a doctor who would say, \u2018You look great,\u2019 but what would help is a little injection here or filler there. So you walk out and you don\u2019t look so bad and you think, no one noticed \u2014 it\u2019s good,\u201d the Friends<\/em> star explained. \u201cThen somebody tells you about another doctor: \u2018This person\u2019s amazing. They [did] this person who looks so natural.\u2019 You meet them and they say, \u2018You should just do this.’\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe next thing you know, you\u2019re layered and layered and layered. You have no idea because it\u2019s gradual until you go, \u2018Oh s\u2013t, this doesn\u2019t look right,’\u201d Courteney recalled. She said that she finally had her fillers dissolved after a friend looked at her and said \u201cWhoa, no more!\u201d The Scream<\/em> star added, \u201cI feel better because I look like myself. I think that I now look more like the person that I was<\/a>. I hope I do.\u201d<\/p>\n
