Not all vacation romances are created equal. Kory Keefer<\/strong><\/a> revealed why his dynamic with girlfriend Sam Feher<\/strong><\/a> isn\u2019t the same as his whirlwind fling with former flame Jessica Stocker<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cMine and Jess\u2019 relationship was completely different,\u201d the 32-year-old reality star exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> on Tuesday, April 25, while promoting season 7 of Summer House<\/em><\/a>. \u201cIt was kind of, like, a new thing \u2014 we were both on shows for the very first time, so we didn\u2019t really know how to react and she kind of was, like, going all in at first.\u201d<\/p>\n The Winter House<\/em><\/a> star, who joined season 2 of the Bravo series in 2022, fell fast for fellow newcomer Jess<\/a>, 26, while filming in early 2022. The pair\u2019s romance, which included NSFW bedroom activities that were caught on camera, fizzled out before the season premiered<\/a> in fall 2022.<\/p>\n The Core24 Gym founder recalled getting \u201ccabin fever\u201d during his 17-day stay in Vermont<\/a> with Jess, but she fell hard for Kory during the short time. At the end of the season, Jess was telling her housemates that Kory was her boyfriend, while he was looking for something more low-key.<\/p>\n \u201cI haven\u2019t talked to her in a while, but we did end on good terms,\u201d Kory confessed while speaking about Jess. \u201cIt was kind of like one of those things where we were not seeing eye to eye and we kind of had a conversation being like, \u2018Hey, I think honestly we should kind of just, like, take a break and go separate ways and, you know, if it\u2019s meant to be, it\u2019ll come back. But before we try to, like, really push us hard and then we hate each other afterwards, let\u2019s just kind of go our separate ways.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n The North Carolina resident, who is best friends with Southern Charm<\/em><\/a>\u2019s Craig Conover<\/strong><\/a>, added that he wishes his ex \u201cthe best,\u201d telling Us<\/em>, \u201cI want her to be happy.\u201d<\/p>\n Kory, for his part, moved on with Sam, 25, after meeting in summer 2022<\/a>. The Feher Agency CEO was one of three newbies on season 7 of Summer House.<\/em> After meeting Kory through housemate Paige DeSorbo<\/strong><\/a>, Sam and the entrepreneur started seeing each other off camera. Sam publicly confirmed in early April<\/a> that the fitness guru is her boyfriend.<\/p>\n \u201cSam and I were on more of the same page versus Jess and I, [who] had no idea kinda what was going on,\u201d Kory told Us<\/em> on Tuesday of his relationship with the New York resident, noting he was first attracted to her eyes. \u201cShe has amazing bright blue eyes and they just, like, pierce into you. And so that was the first thing that I noticed, and I still noticed today and they\u2019re amazing.\u201d<\/p>\n The TV personality, who has made several appearances on season 7 of Summer House<\/em><\/a>, explained that he and Sam, who lives in the Big Apple, have been dating long distance \u201cfor a while\u201d but they just hadn\u2019t put a label on it.<\/p>\n \u201cAbout a month and a half ago we we\u2019re like, \u2018All right, let\u2019s put his title on it,\u2019\u201d Kory, who lives in the south, recalled. \u201cI mean, nothing\u2019s changed. It\u2019s just only gotten better. Nothing, like, crazy is going on besides just us living in loving life.\u201d<\/p>\n Kory continued to gush over his partner, telling Us<\/em> she is a \u201c12\u201d out of 10<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cSam is amazing. Literally she\u2019s like the best person for me,\u201d he said. \u201cI couldn\u2019t be happier right now. We\u2019re amazing together. She brings me up and I hope I do the same for her and there hasn\u2019t been a bad moment with her yet.\u201d<\/p>\n Summer House<\/em> airs on Bravo Mondays at 9 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n
