Kim Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about how sister Khloe Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> helped her out following her first divorce.<\/p>\n Back in 2000 when she was 19-years-old, Kim<\/strong>, now 44, eloped with music producer Damon Thomas<\/strong><\/a> and filed for divorce in 2003.<\/p>\n During the new episode of The Kardashians<\/strong><\/a><\/em> that was released on Thursday (March 6), Kim<\/strong> said that she didn\u2019t have any money following her divorce, so Khloe<\/strong>, 40, gave her big sis her \u201clife savings.\u201d<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201cWhen Khloe was maybe 4 or 5 years old, she got this piggy bank in the shape of a Coca-Cola bottle. We would put so much money in it,\u201d Kim<\/strong> recalled. \u201cWhen I was getting my first divorce, I moved out and had no money. I was like 21 and she gave me her Coke bottle.\u201d<\/p>\n With the money from Khloe<\/strong>\u2018s piggy bank, Kim <\/strong>was able to move into her own apartment.<\/p>\n \u201cWe were up all night counting it and it was 6,000 dollars and it was enough for me to get a downpayment on my apartment,\u201d Kim<\/strong> said. \u201cShe gave me her life savings at age 21.\u201d<\/p>\n In her own confessional, Khloe<\/strong> explained her decision to give Kim<\/strong> her money.<\/p>\n \u201cShe was crying in my room and I was just like, \u2018I have this so let\u2019s take what is in here and go to the bank to cash it. Let\u2019s use this money for your divorce,\u2019\u201d Khloe<\/strong> said. \u201cI gave her all that I got and hopefully helped her.\u201d<\/p>\n Then in honor of Khloe<\/strong>\u2018s 40th birthday, Kim <\/strong>repaid her with the same piggy bank.<\/p>\n \u201cSo for her birthday, I found the same Coke bottle piggy bank, I filled it up and I was like, \u2018Thank you.\u2019 She gave me her life savings at like 21 years old,\u201d Kim<\/strong> said. \u201cShe couldn\u2019t believe I remembered the Coke bottle.
