{"id":153853,"date":"2025-03-05T02:42:26","date_gmt":"2025-03-05T02:42:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/entertainment.runfyers.com\/index.php\/2025\/03\/05\/ayda-field-williams-felt-like-a-failure-for-using-a-surrogate\/"},"modified":"2025-03-05T02:42:26","modified_gmt":"2025-03-05T02:42:26","slug":"ayda-field-williams-felt-like-a-failure-for-using-a-surrogate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/entertainment.runfyers.com\/index.php\/2025\/03\/05\/ayda-field-williams-felt-like-a-failure-for-using-a-surrogate\/","title":{"rendered":"Ayda Field Williams felt like a failure for using a surrogate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"byline\">\n<p>        <time itemprop=\"datePublished\" content=\"2025-03-05\" datetime=\"1741142546\" pubdate=\"\">5 March 2025<\/time>\n    <\/p>\n<p>Ayda Field Williams felt like a failure for not carrying her baby when she used a surrogate. <\/p>\n<p>                            <\/p>\n<p class=\"image-caption landscape\">Robbie Williams with Ayda Field Williams<\/p>\n<p>The actress is married to pop star <a href=\"https:\/\/www.femalefirst.co.uk\/robbie-williams\/\" class=\"exposure-link \" data-linktrack=\"LinkTracker,articleExposure,robbie-williams\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Robbie Williams<\/a> and the couple have four children, Teddy, 12, Charlie, 10, Coco, six, and five-year-old Beau, together.<\/p>\n<p>For her youngest two children, the couple used a surrogate to carry them and deliver them safely in the world. <\/p>\n<p>The 45-year-old star has now bravely admitted that she felt like a &#8220;failure&#8221; at the time for not being able to be pregnant and carry her own baby.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the first episode of &#8216;Loose Women: The Podcast&#8217;, she said: &#8220;I remember I had a friend that was pregnant at the same time and I felt deep shame that she got to be pregnant and I wasn\u2019t &#8230; I felt like it was a failure on my behalf.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\nAyda went on to explain that when her daughter Coco was born, she delivered her out of her surrogate herself. <\/p>\n<p>\nShe added: \u201cI delivered Coco out of our surrogate, me with my own hands, looking at another woman who\u2019s sharing the most beautiful journey, a true sisterhood, motherhood moment that is so powerful I couldn\u2019t begin to describe it.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\nPreviously, Robbie explained that the two youngest children had to be conceived using frozen sperm.<\/p>\n<p>\nHe said: &#8220;I\u2019ll put it this way: I ran out of juice! We had sperm and eggs frozen because we wanted to have more after our first two wonderful children. And now that they\u2019re in the world, I know even more what a gift it is.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\nHe added: &#8220;The surrogate was a very special woman, one of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life.
