No, the X (formerly Twitter) owner<\/a> isn\u2019t taking over as host of The Masked Singer<\/em><\/a>\u2014though, folks, it\u2019s 2025 so I certainly wouldn\u2019t rule that out! But the extremely problematic<\/a> amateur government critic<\/a> appears to have publicly acknowledged his 14th child today, placing him at least two babies ahead of Cannon, who is famously father to a dozen kids.<\/p>\n News of Elon Musk\u2019s latest baby comes to us via X, of course. Shivon Zilis<\/strong>, who has worked as an executive at Musk companies Space X and Neuralink, welcomed Musk-fathered twins<\/a> in 2022, and then gave birth to a third kid with<\/a> him in 2024. On Friday, Zilis announced the birth of a fourth child, named Seldon Lycurgus, on Musk\u2019s platform<\/a>, to which the magnate responded<\/a> with a heart emoji.<\/p>\n \u201cDiscussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia\u2019s birthday, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son Seldon Lycurgus<\/strong>. Built like a juggernaut, with a solid heart of gold. Love him so much,” Zilis wrote, also revealing the name of the couple’s previously-born child in the announcement.<\/p>\n Zilis, who is 39, also accompanied Musk at President Donald Trump\u2019s inauguration in January, the New York Post<\/em> reports<\/a>. According to the outlet, at least two of their children were born using IVF, a fertility procedure many Republican leaders<\/a> are seeking to ban<\/a>.<\/p>\n That announcement appears to bring Musk\u2019s tally of children<\/a> up to 14, if conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair\u2019s recent claims<\/a> that her five-month-old child is also a Musk heir are proven correct. Meanwhile, Cannon appears to have stopped at 12, saying in January,<\/a> \u201cIt\u2019s so funny, everybody\u2019s always trying to get me to have more kids. It\u2019s like, 12 ain\u2019t enough?\u201d<\/p>\n Cannon\u2014who reportedly pays millions a year in child support<\/a> to the mothers of his children\u2014appears to be fairly active in his children\u2019s lives, telling People<\/em> that his off hours are spent as a spectator at various \u201csports and outdoor activities.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAs a dad, that\u2019s the kind of stuff you structure your schedule around, all of your kids\u2019 extracurricular activities,\u201d Cannon says.<\/p>\n Musk\u2019s role with his kids seems less clear. Musk is reportedly fully estranged from daughter Vivian Wilson<\/strong>, who legally changed her name to distance herself from her dad in 2022<\/a>. According to legal claims filed by St. Clair<\/a>, he has never \u201casked for photos of their child or even checked in on his son\u2019s wellbeing.\u201d And according to musician Grimes, who has three children with Musk, the father of 14 \u201cwon\u2019t respond to texts, call or emails and has skipped every meeting,\u201d allegedly ignoring messages about one of their kids\u2019s medical issues until she publicly posted them to X<\/a>.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, writes Milwaukee Journal Sentinel<\/em> columnist<\/a> James E. Causey<\/strong>, only one of these men is regularly drubbed as a \u201cdeadbeat dad<\/a>.\u201d \u201cIf the criticism aimed at Cannon is valid, then the same scrutiny should be directed at a 53-year-old man who has 12, maybe 13, children, with four different women, right?\u201d asks Causey, whose piece was published on Thursday, before news of Musk child number 14 broke.
