\t\t<\/p>\n The upcoming Lanterns<\/strong><\/a><\/em> TV show is in production!<\/p>\n Cameras are up on the new DC Studios<\/strong><\/a> series, which is centering on two Green Lantern characters from the DC Comics. <\/p>\n Filming is taking place at the iconic Warner Bros Studio in Burbank, and the show will be airing on HBO in the future. Check out the first photo here!<\/a><\/p>\n According to the initial announcement <\/a>by James Gunn<\/strong><\/a> nearly two years ago, Lanterns will be a \u201cbig premiere HBO television series\u201d which will tell the \u201cstory of a couple of Green Lanterns, Jon Stewart and Hal Jordan, and we have a few other lanterns peppered in there, but this is really a terrestrial based TV show.\u201d<\/p>\n It will be \u201calmost like True Detective, with a couple of Green Lanterns who are space cops watching over Precinct Earth.
