\t\t<\/p>\n Blake Lively<\/strong><\/a> attempted to obtain \u201ccall logs, text logs, data logs and cell site location information\u201d from Justin Baldoni<\/strong><\/a> as part of their legal battle and now the judge has issued a mixed ruling.<\/p>\n As part of the battle between the It Ends With Us<\/em> stars, Lively<\/strong>\u2018s team was seeking Baldoni<\/strong>\u2018s phone records dating back to 2022 in order to gather evidence to support her case.<\/p>\n The judge issued a mixed ruling that gave Blake <\/strong>a partial win and now Justin<\/strong>\u2018s legal team is responding.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman<\/strong> rejected part of Blake<\/strong>\u2018s request as it was \u201coverly broad and invasive.\u201d<\/p>\n The judge wrote, \u201cThis request implicates legitimate privacy interests. Even though Lively has narrowed her request to exclude the content of calls or messages, the phone records themselves would still contain sensitive information regarding doctors, psychologists or even acquaintances the Wayfarer parties spoke to, and when. Lively has not provided a basis to believe that the broad discovery she seeks will reveal information regarding unknown participants in the negative media campaign proportionate to the burden of the Wayfarer Parties\u2019 privacy interests.\u201d<\/p>\n The judge will Blake <\/strong>to \u201cmore narrowly\u201d tailor the requests and the judge also ruled that Justin<\/strong>\u2018s team has not shown why she can\u2019t seek records of people who are \u201cnon-parties\u201d to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Wayfarer Parties may assert a privacy interest in their own phone records, but they have not provided any basis for asserting an interest in the communications of non-parties,\u201d the judge said in the ruling.<\/p>\n Justin<\/strong>\u2018s lawyer Bryan Freedman <\/strong>supported the ruling.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Court put a stop to Ms. Lively\u2019s egregious attempt to invade our clients\u2019 privacy. This is a big win.
